Major Injuries

*March - Broken left shoulder blade

*June - Re-tore ACL, destroyed 70% of medial & lateral meniscus tissue left knee, broke tibula, talus, shattered navicular, broke 5 toes (metatasils) & dislocated left heel.

*July - Surgery, screw in navicular & 3 pins in toes, arthroscope on left knee.

*August - Had 3 pins removed from ankle.

*September - Developed MRSA - had screw removed from foot & bone scraped.

*October - Surgery on left knee - Inserted donor ACL ligament.

*November - Ankle has calcification & floating bone.
